THE BALM is intended for external use. Patch test a small area first. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
MOISTURIZE HEAD TO TOE
Apply and massage THE BALM all over to slightly damp skin after a shower or bath for maximum moisturizing and retention.
FACE WASH + MAKEUP REMOVER
Gently massage THE BALM into face to dissolve makeup, dirt or residue. Follow with a warm washcloth to gently moisturize and cleanse face.
Apply a small amount of THE BALM daily to relieve, repair, and re-moisturize damaged, cracked or dry lips .
UNDER EYE CREAM
Reduce fine lines, puffiness and dark circles by gently massaging a small amount of THE BALM under the eyes.
CONDITIONING HAIR MASK
After shampooing, apply a generous amount of THE BALM to wet strands and twist hair into a bun. Rinse thoroughly after five minutes.
Use a small amount of THE BALM to massage and exfoliate scalp in shower or bath. Wash and dry hair normally.
POMADE / HAIR OIL
Gently work a small amount of THE BALM into dry strands and tips to style, moisturize and reduce frizz.
MANICURE / PEDICURE
Massage a small amount of THE BALM into hands, feet, cuticles and nails to moisturize and strengthen.
Smooth THE BALM all over legs before shaving for a clean, close, smooth shave and deep moisturizer.
Mix 1 tablespoon of THE BALM with ½ teaspoon of baking soda and gently apply under arms.
Mix ½ cup of coffee grounds, sea salt or coconut sugar with an equal amount of THE BALM and massage over any rough patches.
