THE BALM // And how to use it

It took me a long time to understand the importance of using natural skincare. Our skin is regularly overlooked, but it's our largest organ and will absorb into your body whatever you put on it. I’ve now become so in tune with my skin that I can tell if it's dry because of stress or hormones or something else. If you listen to your body, it will tell you everything you need to know.

Despite its appearance, the beauty industry is not so clean. There are plenty of products out there that contain fragrances, synthetics, stabilizers, animal cruelty and more. The irony behind so many beauty products is that what makes us beautiful may also contribute to the rise of illness — like breast cancer or infertility. When you do the research and educate yourself about what can be in a simple bottle of lotion, you’ll be more empowered to consider what goes on your body.

At Nucifera, we're doing our best to create products that make you feel inspired to take care of your skin and your health. Our mainstay product The Balm is an example of this. Kokum butter, borage oil, mango butter, coconut oil and more deeply nourish and moisturize while our distinctive essential oil blend grounds your senses and lifts your spirit.

We use The Balm everyday - everywhere! Here's a list of some of our favorite ways to use it...
